  2. Q: Are the XMotor USA's E Ride Pro controllers updated?
    A: Yes, the sport button will now function like the turbo button but without time limit.

  3. Q: I just assembled my E Ride Pro, but it won't turn on
    A: If the battery is off, hold the battery button for 3 seconds. The light should slowly go up.

  4. Q: My E Ride Pro will turn on, but it won't move when I throttle it.
    A: Adjust the brake sensor until it moves again.  Both hand brakes have a sensor you can adjust.

  5. Q: Is the E Ride Pro street legal?

    A: There is no age restriction for riding on private property or offroad. You can ride the E Ride Pro whenever you can handle the bike!
